Superbase Privacy Policy

Superbase Developers plc is committed to protecting your privacy. We give you as much control as possible over the information that we store about you. This privacy policy document describes the type of information we are storing and how it will be used.


Web Information and Techniques

We do not collect any information about from which web site you came from, your IP address, or any other typical web statistical information. We may at some future point in time change that practice. In such a case, the information collected might be used for several purposes, including but not limited to marketing and trend analysis.

We currently collect information as a basis for notifications to our customers and in the future in order to validate access to reserved services, such as listing of contact information on our web site in one of several categories, uploading files to the download library, and participation in our alpha and beta test groups.

No information that is provided by the user will be publicly disclosed by Superbase Developers plc, unless specifically requested by the user to do so. If the user request submission in one of the published lists, such as Consultants, Business Solutions, or the upcoming Superbase Online Registry, then this would constitute such a request.


Cookies

Cookies are used in the mySuperbase section of the site in order to ensure continuity of the user after they log in. A cookie is an element of data that is sent by the web site and is held by the browser, which may or may not store it to the hard drive. The cookies we use are session cookies, which means they do not last beyond the length of the session and they are designed to time out within a fairly short period of time. Each time you visit a page that is generated from the dynamic portion of the site, the cookie is updated to extend its lifetime again. The cookie contents is encrypted and stores no personal information other than the internal ID assigned to your account. Cookies are currently required for using the login portion of the site.


Type of Information

Superbase Developers plc collects only the information that you provide to us, typically your address, contact details, and information about how you use our products. This is purely to enable us to provide you with a more personalized and comprehensive overall customer service experience.


Access

As stated earlier, the information stored about the user is available to them for modification via their user ID and password.


Security

Superbase Developers plc has used all reasonable methods to protect the data collected aboutits customers. This includes but is not limited to encryption techniques, storing of the data on a host that is not directly accessible and other methodologies.


Enforcement

In the event that Superbase Developers plc becomes aware that the site has been compromised or that non-public information has been disclosed to unrelated third parties as a result of external activity, which may be the result of but notlimited to external secuity attacks, Superbase Developers plc shall take whatever action that it deems appropriate possibly including an internal investigation and even if warranted notification of the law enforcement authorities.

Any updates, deletions or changes to this privacy policy will be made public at this location.
