DisplayTextBox Objects

These are TextBoxes which also allow the rotation of the text within the TextBox boundaries. Text can be rotated to any angle to the nearest degree. Also, there are two new properties, VerticalPosition and HorizontalPosition, which determine where in the textbox the text will be drawn. These are Top, Center, Bottom, Left, Center, and Right. This gives a total of 9 possible positions. There are new items throughout the interface to support the new DisplayTextBoxes. They can be placed on both forms and graphic reports, the angle of rotation can be modified under program control, etc.
