Superbase.CenturyBase

This is an integer valued property of the Superbase object whose value must be between 0 and 9900. It is used as the base for two digit years so, for example, if Superbase.CenturyBase is set to 1930 then 1/1/97 refers to 1/1/1997 but 1/1/27 refers to 1/1/2027. In addition, it is now possible to enter two digit years that equal 0.
