Superbase.CursorNormal and Superbase.CursorBusy

These are new string valued properties of the Superbase object which determine the shape of the mouse pointer either when Superbase is displaying the normal cursor, or when it is displaying the busy cursor (or both). It allows the assignemnt of alternative cursor shapes to the two standard Superbase mouse pointers.
