The Win95 bug workaround for icon bars. SBIBAR30.DLL was GPFing on certain machines running certain versions of Windows95 when using user-defined bitmaps on the icons. This bug appears to be in certain versions of Windows95 and appears to be related also to CTL3D.DLL, but has been worked around.
