Import/Export Dialogs and Commands

For import from fixed length ASCII you can only choose 'Existing SB file' as the destination, the browse button for destination file an other invalid options are disabled.

ASCII import always imports to current File regardless of what file specified in dialog or SBL.

CSV Export Currency symbols - produces wrong character, therefore reimport produces 0.
