Close Menu Item on the Program Menu

The Close item was added to the program menu so that programs can not only be loaded and run from the main Superbase window, they can also be closed from there. Although this is not essential to the main product, it makes sense and is also essential for the new Superbase Personal product to allow programs to be closed once they are opened.
