Form Designer Enhancement/Fix

Detail blocks can now be removed by setting the row count to 0 in the Define Detail Block dialog. This functionality was in 3.2, but was not explained, and also had one problem in that the removal only worked on the first detail block that was on the form. It did not work on the other ones, but instead produced the error: Invalid row count.
