QuotePlaceholder property of the Superbase object

The QuotePlaceholder property of the Superbase object has been added to allow modification of the default double quote replacement character which is the tilde (~). This property can be set to any desired character and that character will then act as the double quote replacement character in all cases where the tilde was previously accepted.
